Feeling Good

Lately I have been sticking with the apple ginger recipe for my kefir water while life is crazy.  I haven't been able to go to the store in a while to get new fruits.

Since I have started drinking the water, I have been feeling much better.  I'm not as tired and bloated after I eat, and since I have been with my niece I have been eating way too much candy and easy mac.  But I have been sure to drink the water after eat meal, which has helped prevent a lot of discomfort that I normally have after eating dairy and sugar.

I plan on getting healthy again, so we will see how much changes the water does then.
